Hotel is in a great location but the breakfast was only plain croisant and bread. I really would like to recommend to the hotel that please put something else into breakfast rather than only plain croisant and bread with butter. Otherwise nice stay and clean rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. About 5-10 min walk to Grand Place and 1 minute walk to a metro station. However, hotel in desperate need of a refurb. Shower fixings broken, no kettle/cups or bedside tables in room. Felt very basic. Also, we had a room at front of hotel and it is very noisy until early hours of the morning. Would not stay again. Sorry.

Good Things: Location, walking distance from city center, and cleanliness However: The room is really small, during the night there is a lot of noise from the street, the shower is uncomfortable, there is no closet, neither AC (in summer is really hot). Poor in terms of size and room facilities but makes up for it with cleanliness, relatively easy access to Christmas markets and price. Also welcoming staff. The surroundings are questionable though, so I wouldn’t take a family there
