Staff were nice and helpful. Location is walkable to restaurants, shopping and Metro. The only thing is bathroom. It seems the shower was short that water splashes everywhere and it gets the floor really slippery and concerning. No refrigerator in the room.

Great hotel!

Lovely hotel, close to Rogier station (and 15 mins walk from Bruxelles-Nord). shops close by, and Grand Place easily walkable. The room was incredibly quiet, spacious, with a large comfortable bed, and great shower. The room had a fridge, safe and coffee machine.

The hallway is very narrow. I reached my room after maneuvering some ways. I did not see complimentary bottled water for the coffee machine. So I was not able to use it. The area is not the greatest but it is close enough for public transportation.

Breakfast is very expensive, but the room we had this year was far better than the two previous times. Our room was 5th floor, front facing, two TVs, separate shower/bathroom and toilet. Coffee machine and fridge, along with ironing board and kettle and cups. It’s also has a safe too. Remember to bring adapters as there are no usb sockets. Good room though.
