The room itself was good but the AC didn't cool the room enough. Also theres was more than half a dozen flies flying around the whole time. Maybe leave the door closed while cleaning the room or maybe spraying the room when done cleaning would help.

The room is run down. Wouldn’t take a second because the shower head was green. All the trim has holes in the caulking where there could be mold? Cabinets look they were bought at a garage sale

The towels were dirty, the floor was dirty too. Other people's stuff in the room. The walls has graffiti and writing on them also on the mirrors. The room smelled funky. Definitely not recommended.

Rooms were decent. Got the job done. Asked for a crib in the room and when asked at check in there was no crib and got told one would be up the next day. We stayed 4 nights and never got a crib. But the room got the job done.

Pros: - This space is pretty large for a standard hotel room. Cons: - We stayed 7 days and had to go to office to get our own towels 3 times as our room was only cleaned every 3 days. We also had to empty our own trash since housekeeping only came twice in 7 days. - Bathroom is just disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned/updated in 20+ years. Water takes 5 minutes to heat up, then water runs brown for a couple minutes, then you can get in. - Hotel has laundry area. Half of them do not work. Water leaking from laundry room ceiling. - Hot tub was not working on day one, told that it would be opening the following day. It never reopened. - Huge hotel and only one place to get ice. - They offer a limited breakfast but area is SO hot, unbearable in my opinion. - TV channels do not match listing. - lots of bugs in room.

I honestly can not say one good thing except that I was able to sleep a few hours on a long trip. There were several cockroaches in the tray for night check-in. One was twitching. The rooms are poorly kept and felt dirty. I booked the room for the breakfast. Well, I went down around 7:30 (breakfast is between 6-9) and there was no coffee and a very limited selection of food. So I decided to just checkout. There was no one there, for 10-15 min. While waiting i noticed how dirty the walls and everything was and just wanted to get out of there. I got my $100 deposit back, for what I don't know, and left!

I’ve stayed at other properties by the same company however this location did not meet my expectations. I stayed here a total of 3 days & we were a party of 4. Housekeeping didn’t come by once during our stay. Not sure if you have to express to the front desk that you’d like a daily cleaning at the time of check in but we were stuck with the same towels every day. They didn’t even restock toilet paper. The water pressure in the shower is also lacking so it left us feeling unclean despite having showered. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel which is the only reason our stay was tolerable since we just needed a place to sleep and clean up.

There rooms we’re disgusting mold and falling apart with water damage I told them I wanted my money back we didn’t stay there and they didn’t return my money horrible place don’t recommend this to anybody I don’t know why Expedia would rent or even have this on there website

Terrible. No face towels only one hand towel. When we checked. No room cleaned next day so no towelss at all when we returned to our room in the evening. Called front desk and was told to pick towels next day. We were checking next morning!!! Shabby and won’t ever stay again

Do not stay here!! I found a red toenail in my bed. The AC did not work in my room. I called for help. No one helped they treated my son horribly what an awful experience. I tried to get some kind of compensation and they refuse the hotel. Just don’t stay here. They don’t care about their customers.
