I stayed in Room 507. The thermostat was inoperable, The room temperature got down to 66. A lady came up to the room at about 11:0 p.m. and we got the temperature to raise to 76 to begin heating the room. I called down to the desk or a wakeup call, three times, and finally was forced to go down to desk to request the wakeup in person. Then, Saturday morning I could not take a shower because the door was off the track and jammed shut. When I checked out, I requested a receipt but the clerk refused to help me. She told me I had to request a receipt from a third-party vendor? What? Th Friday night clerk put an additional $200.00 on my card for the incidentals for room 507 and 505. I wanted to make sure the $200 was returned to my card. I need a receipt because I am being reimbursed for a meeting expense. I am very disappointed with your staff and service. This is my 2nd visit in 2 weeks. I chose this hotel again because 1) it was close to my son's apt 2)a very good , affordable price. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good.

Wonderful experience.

A busy time for the bills playoff game but the customer service was excellent. Our room was awesome and clean. The bed was comfy and room was cozy! We will be back!

Stayed here many times. Price is very affordable and location is good (close to NYS Thruway and stores. Breakfast is good and room was clean. My biggest complaint was that we stayed 4 nights and never had housekeeping (had to call for fresh towels, toiletries, etc). I’m seeing this issue more and more with similar hotels…help is scarce

The staff was great. The gym cable machine was broken and there were no free weights. The guest laundry had 3 broken machines and 2 working ones. The room needed a deep cleaning as there were filthy spots around vents, something was spilled behind the night stand and on the wall, the outside of the garbage can was dirty as well. The couch and chair in the suite area were stained. Just needed a lot of cleaning.

I liked the room, was very nice and spacious. Bathroom facilities were also spacious. The continental breakfast was convenient and had a fairly good selection. Waffles, cereal, some fruit (would have like bananas available) muffins, variety of juices, milk, coffee, tea and cocoa. Had sausages, but I would have preferred bacon. All in all, was very good. The only thing I would have changed is the bed. It was just too firm for me and I was a bit uncomfortable. This is a very nice hotel.
