A weekend in Buffalo

The morning breakfast was great. The room was spacious but not comfortable. The bed was very stiff and the AC unit was noisy and the room was either too hot or too cool. The bathroom needs a better shower curtain to keep the water in the tub and away from the door and trim. The outdoor seating area by the fireplace was lovely for evening cocktails. Easy and spacious parking lot. In room coffee maker was a joke but breakfast coffee was yummy!

I have stayed here multiple times. The hotel is clean and breakfast is nice. It is a little bit outdated and could use a little TLC but overall the hotel is nice enough to continue to visit and the location is good!

The stay was fine in terms of service and amenities. They let us check in early. There was a standard continental breakfast that had a good amount of breakfast options. The horrors began when we entered the room. There was a mysterious orange splatter on the curtains and what looked like vomit dripping down the wall under the desk. There was crusty stuff on the border of the bathroom mirror, and the sheets were stained. The cherry on top was that the curtains were not made to shut, which eliminated any hope of sleeping in.

Shaleika was absolutely amazing. Our air conditioning wasn't working in our room- she came up to check it and had us in another room within minutes. Also- breakfast options were great- and parking was easy!

Your customer service front desk attendants a man and a woman, could have shown friendly and a welcome personality at check in. They could not find my last name even when I gave the confirmation number. The man said we don't have your name. I have a hyphenated last name and had to tell them even though Expedia sent it that way. My daughter in law checked in ahead of me and they did not ask for her ID but your front desk attendant asked for my ID and charged me $100.00 fee. That was an embarrassment to me. My family was sent up to the 4th floor but me and my husband was sent to the first floor to a room that did not have the security lock. Also at check out, I went to hand my keys; the attendant did not greet me she just said you check out information will be sent to you. I said thank you and she did not respond. Friendliness this hotel did not have.
