While the property is dated (should be no surprise with the name), it is extremely clean and comfortable. It has had some nice updates which includes new flooring in the room we had. We received a free room upgrade which was appreciated. The staff was very accommodating and the hot breakfast was very nice to have. I would stay again.

Was an old style Rte 66 type motel. Room was clean, bathroom sufficient, bed was comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The price was perfect for the experience and quiet restful night.

Clean, Comfy and a Great Value!!!

We booked this motel based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The room was clean, comfy and quiet. The shower was hot and had great water pressure with the only downfall being a slow drain. It's rare to find a place to stay under $100 that is not dirty, smelly and outdated but Chaparell breaks the mold!!! Would stay here again.
