I stayed at the RIU Hotel and unfortunately had a bad experience with every room I was given. I had three rooms during my stay, and each one had serious issues that made the visit extremely frustrating. The first room had very little water pressure in the shower, making it almost unusable. The second room had a broken bathroom holder and insects, which was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The third room was the worst. the fridge wasn’t working, and the ceiling was leaking water, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. I expected much better from a hotel under the RIU brand. These problems should have been addressed before assigning rooms to guests. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment and I would not recommend this location to others until serious improvements are made. I also had videos to share but it allows only pictures.

The staff is amazing! The property is extremely well maintained and updated. The rooms are comfortable and the shower had plenty of water pressure which is a complaint for many properties in different resort towns of Mexico. Service staff are so accommodating and extremely engaging.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort! The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety to satisfy all tastes, and the entertainment was top-notch — from live music to fun themed nights, there was always something to enjoy. The activities offered were also a highlight, with everything from water sports to guided tours keeping us engaged throughout our trip. The only downside was that the resort doesn’t allow rideshare drivers onto the property, so we had to walk down to the first gate to catch our ride. It was a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage, but overall, it didn’t take away too much from an otherwise amazing experience.

The property and service were great. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. My buddy choked on the steak as it was too tough to chew and needed assistance to dislodge the steak. My steak was undercooked and inedible (photo below). In my opinion, the Italian restaurant is by far the best food option. The pool parties next door were incredible. We also caught 2 marlin off the property using a charter a boat In the marina which was the highlight of the trip. I also woke up one night with a large burn/scrape on my arm and unsure where this came from. I am assuming the pool. Overall, average all inclusive. However, I would stay elsewhere where you get more bank for your buck.

What an Absolutely Wonderful and Exceptional Hotel the Hotel Riu Palace Baja California in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico is!!! I must say I'm very Impressed with the Hotel staff, the constant cleanliness of the hotel by staff members and areas, the Housekeeping staff and many many Pleasant staff members Smiling upon greeting you with Hola! My room had an Outstanding location to watch the Sunrise each morning while there. Great pictures I took btw... I Highly Recommend anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas to stay at this Wonderful resort. All Adults and All-Inclusive is a BEAUTIFUL Thing at this hotel!! Every Night it seems to be a Theme Night! Club Riu/Party Riu/ All White Riu... It's a Great Atmosphere for Fun and Sun. Two Thumbs Up to All the people who work at this Hotel and the Outstanding Job you do in the Customer Service realm. I'm Truly a RIU Fan from Now On!!!! Can't wait to come Back SOON!
