So Romantic, adults only! Loved dining right on the water of the gorgeous lagoon with sunset view. Owners Jorge & Dulce were on site and gave us Royal treatment . A perfect quiet location with great pool surrounded by palm trees and flower gardens right beside the bay. Im jumping around, but there is so much we liked! A great onsite restaurant, and short walk took us to many more and the Hotel zone. a little further to the beach, but we were closest to the best beaches! If you want quiet paradise instead of bam bam bam dance music.. you'll really be glad you chose Sina Suites. Our top choice blue collar gold list in Cancun. #OldFolkTravel Li & Ed

Very friendly staff. Grounds were impeccable. Very quiet and relaxing. Only negative was the fact that the beds were 2 double ones. I am used to a Queen size bed in the U.S. I would definately stay there again.

Lovely staff. Room was big and spacious. Air con worked very well. TV was a smart TV. Great location to get the bus due to we down the hotel zone to my next destination hotel. Free water. Restaurant was beautiful by the lagoon. Amazing pool and roof terrace to sunbathe on. Quiet and peaceful location. Would defiantly recommend. Came as a solo traveler and felt very safe and welcomed. Quiet and comfortable 3 min walk fron convenience store and other food options microwave and full size fridge. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Pool area was nice and had lots of lounge chairs. 3 min walk to the R1 and R2 line that takes you to great public beaches for 12 pesos.

We stayed just one night before our flight out of Cancun. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to use the pool, but it looked inviting. The hotel is located in a safe residential neighborhood, with easy access to the hotel zone by walking or taking a bus. While the rooms are older and a bit dated, they met our needs for a short stay.

The place looked very different from the photos posted on Expedia. The pool was okay but the rooms were outdated, poorly maintained and even dirty. And, we stayed in Luxury suites. It takes up to 30-40 minutes to get to the main beach areas in Cancun. There is a very nice bike lane which I wish I knew. There are not many good restaurants around that area but it takes 15-20 minutes to get in nice restaurant zones. Overall, staff were very nice but wouldn't stay there again.

We stayed in a suite of two large rooms with a view of the Laguna. It was very quiet, the staff served us perfectly, breakfast by the water, the pool very clean, cleaning daily, comfortable parking right outside our accommodation, very close walking distance to a mini market, gas station, restaurant, and 5' with Uber from downtown Cancun at a cost of 4-5$. Next to the ports (5'-8') that depart for all activities (Isla Mujeres, Captain Cook, Hip Hop, speedboat, jet ski, etc.) Highly recommended!

It was quiet away from the noise. This property was pretty. Is nice for long term stays. Because I’m an active person i wish there was a gym, but overall i really enjoyed this place. They keep it clean and are really friendly.

This was a beautiful hidden gem with the best people from Adrian, Ramiro, Abril, Abigail, Jorge and the whole team. You feel like family here, there is so much love and care in a place where you get to relax and have delicious food made for you. The rooms are comfy, beds are great, pool is awesome, and the staff go above and beyond for you. Cannot wait to come back.

The property is located in a peaceful residential area, yet close to the hotel zone and the beautiful beach. It is on the lagoon with wonderful views. The room was spacious and meticulously clean. The staff are all wonderful, regularly going the extra mile. Jorge, the owner is often on site, ready to share his incredible knowledge of Cancun. The restaurant food is first class and reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this fabulous hotel.

Not the sharpest looking hotel but great price. Also very roomy. You are basically renting a condo, except no stove - but a microwave. There is fridge with freezer section, sink, etc.
