Tarjoamalla jaetun uima-altaan ja helpon pääsyn rannalle, voit sukeltaa merenrantahautoihin vaivattomasti tällä koiran ystävällisellä Kap Canaveral -retriitillä.

Tämä yksinäinen, mutta hyvällä paikalla sijaitseva nurkkahuoneisto on vain minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta (nähdä, kuulla ja tuntea jännitys avaruuteen laukaisemasta rantatieltä tai rannalta) ja lyhyen ajomatkan päässä muista paikallisista nähtävyyksistä. Se on noin 60 mailia Walt Disney Worldiin, kun taas Cocoa Beach ja Ron Jon Surf Shop ovat lyhyen ajomatkan päässä pohjoiseen. Worst experience so far

The first night... i spoke to customer service of VACASA, the property management company. They were great at communication, but unfortunately they have no say in what actually happens. The local team is the one that actually handles or attempts to handle the issue.

Outdated

We have stayed at Royal mansions for four years and this is by far the most outdated property. It needs major upgrading and furniture and paint. Two chairs were broken, the burner grates were disgusting, there was mold in the bathroom, the remote control in the bedroom did not work. After two days of trying to contact and make the complaint we did have some very nice people come to remedy some of the problems.

Great stay!

This is a nice condo. What made our stay great is the manager/owner of the property! We had a few things that needed to be taken care of. They quickly responded and our questions were quickly taken care of. The manager/owner made our stay great. Lots of thoughtful amenities. So glad we could stay here again. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Condo was exactly as advertised! Cute little condo in a quiet gated community. Very secure and safe. Condo was cozy and had everything we needed to just start relaxing. Pool was fantastic!!! Private gated beach access!! Price was very resonable!!

Property was clean. Furniture was generally comfortable, but one of wicker chairs had torn area on one arm, and the wicker furniture could use new cushions. There were some plumbing issues. One resolved (temporary fix), one not, (new faucet control fixture needed in main bath. Kitchen had limited cookware.

Needed a small unit during relocation for a new job. As advertised. Clean, neat unit. Comfortable bed, great location, easy to get to clean beach. Very quiet. Only negative was that there could have been a few more spoons and a better frying pan.

Great place for family reunion

My husband and I stayed in this first floor condo and our immediate family stayed in two others. Our extended family stayed in others. I have difficulty walking and doing steps, but it was great for getting to the pool and beach, with benches along the way. It was the headquarters for our get together since it was larger and right by the entrance. It is in need of being updated, but was very comfortable. It also has a washer and dryer, which was extremely useful for our 7 year old granddaughter’s clothing changes. We had a wonderful time, and it was great to all be near each other. There were 21 of us in Royal Mansions for a week.

Everything is provided in this home from fully functional kitchen, plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs. If you need anything your minutes away from shops. This property provided everything I expected.

Perfect place

We were in town for two weeks for the birth of first grandchild. This was the perfect place - great location just minutes from our kids' home, absolutely everything you could want for a comfortable stay, and very responsive staff. We loved the first floor location, steps to pool and beach, and security. The unit provided everything we needed beach towels, chairs, plenty if room to have family over, and a murphy bed for when our daughter visited for a few days. We hope to stay here again!

Loved the property. Clean. Plenty towels, beach towels, beach chairs. ⛱️.Had to buy toilet paper (only one roll for 4 people)and laundry detergent. Only three chair at the outdoor patio table we had 4 people / we had a difficult time with the lock box. We loved our stay and woud rent again. Thank you.

Location made it worth it!

We stayed March 2023 as a family of 4 with an 11 and 14 year old. Location and complex facilities were awesome. Residents in the complex were friendly. Parking was easy. Vacasa manages the property and were quick to respond to our concerns about the cleanliness of the floor upon arrival. Some minor upgrades would be nice as per some of the other reviews left prior - these are economical, quick fixes that would make a difference and elevate the stay.

Moldy with bugs

The Royal Mansions property is beautiful we have stayed in another unit last year. This unit was beat up and old the bathroom was moldy on the wall next to the toilet and smelled like vomit. The kitchen had tiny bugs. The propery management company did nothing about it.

Nice condo, great location!

The biggest appeal of this unit is the location. It is ground floor, near the pool, beach entry, and parking lot entry/exit. A few updates are needed by preference such as the stove/oven, toilet seat, shower curtains, linens, and it lacks clothing storage dressers. I also do not prefer glass furniture, but again that is only my preference, there was plenty of furniture provided. The Murphy bed and pull out sofa are fantastic for kids and the master mattress is extremely firm which my husband and I both prefer. Compared to other units we’ve stayed in at Royal Mansion this one was lacking in supplies and stock from beach gear to dishwasher tabs and garbage bags. This unit is managed via Vacasa and the staff I dealt with was fantastic. Rest assured you will enjoy your time spent here.

Great location!

We loved our stay here. However, we did have a few things to mention about the unit. None of these things would keep us from staying here again. You can’t beat the location for sure! The place is dated and needs some work. It seems that with the price that is being charged for rent, things could be done and updated. The furniture Is old and worn looking. 2 out of the 4 burners on the stove don’t work. Very few, but dull knives to use to cut with. We had steak one night and it would have been nice to have something to cut it with! The bathroom bathtub shower would not get warm for us. There is a pocket door to the bathroom that was very hard to move and by the end of the stay, it came off track. There is a vent right over the bed and when the air came on, we could smell a burnt rubber type smell initially. Parking is great. The directions said to check in the their office within 24 hours of arrival to give make, model and license plates of your car. The morning after we arrived, my husband looked for the office and never found it. He asked someone that lived there and he told him that there was no office! It looks like the property is in the midst of installing a gate with a keypad. This will probably be put in use soon so be aware of that. I called to inquire about this with Vacasa and no one ever called back with an answer. The pool and hot tub is wonderful! There is an entrance to the beach and it’s a very nice area. You can watch the cruise ships go out and walk along the beach as far as you want. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again, in spite of all of these things!!

Perfect location, cute condo. Our biggest complaints are it smelled musty when we got there, only 2 garbage bags, handles for blinds missing, but the worst was not being told the pool was closed/empty for maintenance.

Renting process was easy, the property is in very poor condition. I would not rent it again until the mold has been taken care of. And cleaning crew needs to fired.
