Cape Coral get away

We had a beautiful week at this Cape Coral Home. The layout of the home is very nice and the furnitures and bedding are also very nice. The pool area was really nice. When we arrived we did not have any washclothes for the bathroom nor kitchen and also no kitchen towels. The owner was able to drop off 2 bags of brand new ones the next day. The ice maker did not work and there were no ice cube trays to make ice, but this did not affect our stay at all. We figured out the dishwasher wasn't working when we ran it, and we reported it the second to last day, so there really wasn't time to fix it during our stay. This also didn't impact us as we were a small group and just hand washed the dishes we utilized. Great little get away.

Central and easy

Home was central to beaches, restaurants, and day trips. Teens enjoyed the space, pool table and private pool for downtime. Easy entry and departure. Home is a little older with finishes but not a big deal as the majority of the time was enjoying the outdoors. Cute iguana visited in the yard.

Great Location - nice property

Property was in a great location, quiet neighborhood. House was mostly in good repair except for a sink stopper that did not work and a kitchen door that was very hard to close and lock. Pool was nice but patio, patio screening and patio furniture need attention. Pool table was nice addition along w/ dart board. Both have some wear and tear on them but funtional. WiFi was good and kitchen stocked w/ pots and pans after management brought some new items to us. Coffee pot will need to be replaced soon. Plenty of dishes, etc. Plenty of towels, beach chairs. etc. This vacation spot worked very well with the paddle boards rented. Canal access was nice entry for paddling the canal area. Lots of beach choices for day trips and lots of biking options. All and all a good choice.

Flott beliggenhet (rolig strøk) Litt langt til butikker og restaurant (ikke helt gåavstand) Det som var pusset opp var veldig bra, men det gjenstår litt før boligen fremstår som "totalrenovert". Til tider litt vanskelig å komme i kontakt med utleier, men kontakten vi hadde var bra.
