This stunning vacation rental property Paradise Palms is located in SW Cape Coral on a Gulf Access Canal. The property location is centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants as well as entertainment. Paradise Palms itself features 3 bedrooms and a den as well as 2.5 bathrooms. When entering your vacation villa a split open concept floor plan welcomes you. Living Room, sitting room, Kitchen and dinning all feature lanai and pool views. A den on the right offers a day bed as an option with two twin beds. The main bedroom with its en-suite bathroom as well as access to the lanai through a sliding glass doors. The main bathroom features dual sinks, a soaking tub as well as a walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house along with a hallway bathroom plus an outdoor pool bathroom.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: The western facing pool area with electric pool heat features plenty of deck around the swimming pool to lounge and hang out. There is plenty of space underneath the under truss lanai area for a foosball table along with a dining table and seating for 6. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the wrap around boat dock with lift great for our guests who would like to rent a boat or bring their own. The dock also features a Tiki Hut and two comfortable Adirondack chairs.
