When my family and i first checked in we were given a room in which the room to the left of us was under construction. There was a lot of noise being made. I called the front desk and we were moved to another room/ building which was a lot better. The room was very clean, and you can tell the room was recently updated. I would stay here again.

About 15 min walk from Legoland but they do have a shuttle that takes you to the park (you have to reserve your group on the spot for shuttle). Room is clean and my kids loves the heated outdoor pool. Alot of restaurants around the area.

Our stay was nice! Check in was fast and easy. I could tell the rooms has recently been renovated (smelled of fresh paint) and looks very nice. Walking distance from the flower fields, outlets, and windmill food hall! Only about a 5-10 minute drive to Carlsbad village. The only complaints I have was that it is super close to Legoland and the walls are super thin. We were woken up at 5:30 am by the kids in the room above us running around. They also say at check in to let them know by 10 pm if you would like room service. We opted out of it and room service still came by early morning both mornings of our stay, which isn’t a bad problem just didn’t like that they said to call if we wanted it if room service was going to show up regardless. Overall I would stay there again as long as we are on the top floor.

Never Again - construction at 8:00 a.m.!!

We booked this trip through Hotels.com for a birthday get away. The room was fine, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, squeaking at every movement we made. The worst part is that they were doing interior construction on the rooms below us and next to us starting at 8:00 in the morning. When we talked to the front desk about how disturbing that was (we were really excited about a chance to sleep in), their response was that we booked through a 3rd party and it was the responsibility of the booking party to inform us of the construction. No "I'm sorry for the inconvenince." or "Let me see if I can move you to another room." My wife and I felt like we were completely blown off. And I did check the hotel's website, there was NO mention of ongoing construction. The website promises "During your stay at the hotel, you can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere..." There is nothing tranquil about construction in the room right next to you at 8:00 a.m. I would never go back to this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, and a microwave, which added a touch of home convenience. I particularly enjoyed the private balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
