They only clean your room when you ask. I did ask for towels and for the trash to be taken out. They took the towels but did not replace the ones they took. I asked house keeping for more towels but they did not understand English. I would stay here again.

During our stay, the lobby was under construction. It was very loud early in the morning. Also the AC unit was having issues for 2 days so the rooms weren’t comfortable to stay in.

The air conditioner was stuck on and the room was freezing. A maintenance man fixed it but must have tripped a breaker while doing so. So now I have no lights in the bathroom that i did not discover until the middle of the night when I could not find the toilet. As if that wasn’t bad enough. I slept horribly and when I went to make coffee in the morning the machine was broke and splattered all over the place. It was overall a terrible experience and I would like a refund but I’m sure that’s not going to happen.

The air conditioning wasn’t working on through out the whole hotel, it was hot in the room we hardly got any sleep because of how hot it got inside hotel room, we asked for a fan and never got one. We called the desk and they said they would give us half off of our stay and I still haven’t gotten reimbursed.

Our 2nd time staying here this year. Each time we've stayed at least 4 to 5 days. Great location, friendly staff, rooms are comfy. Our room that we stayed in this last time had a tear in the screen door so bugs were coming it at night, jacuzzi jets barely work. The jets arent strong if they do work. Pool and jacuzzi had some some bugs and leaves floating in it. It could definitely be cleaned everyday. It was definitely better this time around than when we came in May. The A/C was broken throughout the hotel for a few nights and we were super uncomfortable sleeping at night because it was humid and hot. My kids (3 year old and 8 month old) did not sleep well at all as they run hot when they sleep. So no one got any sleep. Of course the A/C started working the day we checked out. Wish they would have done some kind of compensation or offered fans. Other than that, we do enjoy staying here but there is some room for improvement. We will stay here again. Just hoping the jacuzzi can be fixed before our next stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The area was safe even at night. Hotel accommodation were really great except for the beds they hurt my back. I think it was the room we stayed in because I’ve never had this problem before at this hotel. Very nice hotel and clean.

The bathroom still had poop marks as if it wasn’t cleaned. There was 1 trashcan-only in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t working for half of the stay. A note was left to leave our thermostat at 74 which was still quite warm. I thought I saw a note about a shuttle to Legoland but apparently that stopped sometime prior to our stay.

The AC was down for the entire property, and no notice of warning was sent out, and we were also not notified during check in. There was an unexpected amenity fee, when amenities were scarce. Worst of all, there were so many mosquitos in our room. I killed at least 5 and got no sleep. It made the stay uncomfortable and made the point of an overnight stay pointless, as we were hoping to be well rested for the morning at Legoland instead of waking up early to drive down.
