The room was clean, bed and linens were good. The staff was very courteous. The towels were small and thin. The decor seemed a little sterile/sparse. The hotel is clearly under renovation, which I was not aware of when I booked.

Good: Located in Windmill food hall with 10+ multi cuisine restaurants, good food. Located opposite to outlet mall and <1 mile from Legoland Lot of open parking, car can be parked next to your room Bad: Room service was not attentive, need to chase them but still they were reluctant to service Suite picture in Hotels.com was misleading. It had a divider between bed and living room but actual room did not had any, we paid more for a suite but it was just a standard room with sofa. I gave the feedback during check-in but hotel did not contacted me to fix it.

The hotel is so conveniently located close to Legoland and the windmill food court where you have great option for food. The rooms are clean and exactly as described. The prices are always very affordable. We love going there.
