Tämä tilava kellarihuoneisto sijaitsee historiallisessa keskustassa Cedar City Utahissa. Se on kadun toisella puolella uudesta Shakespeare-teatterista, Beverly Sorensonin taidekeskuksesta ja suma-taiderakennuksesta. Korttelin päässä keskustan pääkadulta. Kävelymatkan päässä näytelmistä, yliopistourheilusta, ruoasta, puistoista ja SUU-kampuksella. Äskettäin uusittu w / uudet laitteet, sängyt, maali ja tv. Kaksi erillistä sisäänkäyntiä. Ilmainen wifi. 1/2 tuntia aivopäästä, 20 minuuttia seetrivaurioihin, 1 tunti Zioniin, lähellä Bryceä ja muita kansallispuistoja.
Tämä huoneisto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Southern Utah University (yliopisto). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The property was absolutely fantastic! Across the street from SUU. We got to see our nephew graduate and walk under the Bell Tower by just walking out of our front door.

Super cool and spacious apartment in Cedar City

Stayed here 3 nights while on a spring break road trip with our grandson. We visited Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP and really didn’t spend much time in the apartment except at night because we were on the go all day. The place was clean and exactly as described and yes, the kitchen is very tiny, but we didn’t cook anyway. Large enough to make coffee and fix our lunches for the day in the mornings. The bathroom and shower are also very tiny as well but we aren’t large people so that might be an issue for a larger person. We did not hear any outside or upstairs noise. Beds were comfy and access was simple. Only problem we had was a man from the apartment complex in back told us we could not put our trash in the dumpster because it belonged to them so we said okay we’ll just leave it inside and contact the property owner and then he said it was fine to use it. Not sure what that was all about but we had a great stay, Cedar City is very quaint (Centro Pizza was yummy) and we would stay here again.

This rental has everything you could need for your stay in Cedar City. The location is ideal for stores, coffee, parks, and Day trips! The rental offers quiet atmosphere in the evening. We will be using it again in our next visit to town.

The property is the basement area of an office that's been converted into an apartment. The layout is unusual, but it works just fine. The owner was easy to communicate with, and the place worked fine for our family of 4 for a skiing weekend at Brian Head.

Beautiful apartment!

The 2 bedroom apartment looked brand new! Modern with tons of thoughtful touches!! Very large, more than we needed for the two of us. Owner was wonderful and quick with communication or any needs. Its located right on Center street in quaint Cedar City. Good restaurants, coffee shops and a winery within walking distance. We plan to book it again next year!

Quit looking! Book this!!

Best rental in Cedar City! I have stayed here many times. Perfect location, directly across from Utah Shakespeare Festival and easy walk to the historic downtown area! Fun stores there! And for the best macarons on the planet, go left out of front up to main street, turn right to Strafford hotel and look for the French Spot! They sell the macarons at the Festival too, but bit cheaper there. Very clean & cozy! Sherie is a delight to work with!

Perfect Location for the Shakespeare Festival!

We loved being across the street from the festival grounds. It made our stay so much easier. How lovely to walk to your place in the time that it takes the rest of the audience to walk to their cars. And the apartment is comfortably furnished, clean, and modern. We love coming back here for our annual Shakespeare trip.

Comfort and location

We were in Cedar City for the Shakespeare festival. A more convenient location would be impossible. The apartment was comfortable, roomy, good amenities. Communication with the host was easy. It was a great stay, which we definitely intend to repeat.

Super convenient for USF

It’s a great location for USF. Directly across the street from the theaters and museum. One block from the Main Street and eateries, coffee, yoga. The rental itself is a trifecta: nice and clean and quiet. Photos are accurate.

My stay with my husband and adult daughter enjoyed beautiful location for my daughter's dance competition. It was so conveniently located for my husband and I to walk back and forth from the apartment to her venue during performances breaks. It was conveniently located to shops downtown that it made it fun to go shopping, resting, and discovering a wine taste place across the street. The inside was lovely. the reviewes I read were accurate about the small bathroom and shower. And the small space for teh kitchen as well. This help prepare me for what I would be dealing with. Regardless I feel I will be booking this space again. the host sent me a lovely explanation about what was available in Cedar city with food options. It was nice to fee that if I needed anything she would be available if needed. If you would like a place with room to socialize in the from room it is ideal. If you want your own space for a room...extra bonus. With having a 20 year old needing to get ready for performances this was good. I was also celebrating my anniversary that weekend and feeling that I had my own space made the experience even nicer.
