It felt very institutional. All of the floors are hard surfaces, which is very clean. Just felt like a very cold vibe.

Check in agent was great, but the person on the overnight shift was not great. Rather rude and seemed annoyed that I asked her to actually come out and process my checkout. Would not provide a receipt - I’ve never had a hotel that I booked on Orbitz refuse to issue a receipt. The room itself was fine - clean and quiet.
