Ultra accommodating staff.

I got in my room at 2:45 AM. The A/C fan would not stop and there was no way for me to lower the speed. It made it a bit difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, all was well. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful stay!

Beautiful hotel with an amazingly friendly, helpful, and polite staff. Breakfast is included and delivered to your door every morning. They have a wine and cheese hot in the early evening as well as cookies and milk at 9 pm every night. Love all the details!

We had a terrific stay to celebrate twin birthdays. From arrival thru departure, the staff treated us like guests in their homes. Doug and Don helped us check in early and get settled, & then we were delighted with a bottle of birthday bubbles from Kierah(?) and front desk team. GREAT start! We’ve stayed at many of Charleston’s high-end properties & Harbourview Inn stands out for its superb location and comfort. Located steps from Waterfront Park, we enjoyed sunrises on the pier and short walks to Meeting and King streets and South of Broad. The rooftop terrace is roomy and perfect for sunsets. Complimentary breakfasts and happy hours were generous & served by friendly staff members. We plan to make Charleston and Harbourview Inn our birthday destination spot and highly recommend it to others!

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Good location by the water and restaurants. We were able to check in early. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the loud, clicking a/c in the room. The room did have a white noise machine though to block out the sound.
