Pool was closed for our whole stay. They did not give us anything to make up for that. Requested late check out and someone came banging on our door early to kick us out. She was nasty and rude when we let her know we asked for a late check out. Beds are uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

I wasn't super impressed with the desk clerk when I arrived. She seemed annoyed or something but provided what I needed. If you need a bare minimum establishment with a decent breakfast, this is your place.

Needed more shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No other issue at all. Great place to stay and perfect location near everything in Charleston. I would stay here again and it has my recommendation.

When you walk into any business and say good morning the person working should always greet you with the same. You need to replace two of the check in people. Its Charleston and people are looking for Southern Hospitality. cleaning crew perfect in every way, maybe move then to check in check out. That smile and hello goes a long way. Room was clean except for hair on the bed sheets and cigarette butts under the bed. Carpet needs to be replaced. I brought my own sheets due to eczema; can't take harsh cleaners it breaks me out.

Property would have been very good, but the first night the air conditioner did not cool the room, no alternative room was available, and maintenance wasn’t available until the next morning. The air conditioner was characterized as “under performing “, and they moved us to another room, which was satisfactory.
