Staff was excellent. Mattress was unusually hard and pillows were flat. Very flat. A/C blew directly towards the bed. Although we made reservations for a week, we were asked to change rooms due to PLANNED renovations. We checked out earlier instead. Very bad experience.

The only negative was the cooling/heating. It seemed ice cold and if it was raised 1 degree it was too warm.
