You have got to stay here!

Friendly, nice staff! Very clean hotel. We were very satisfied with the whole process, from booking the reservation to our arrival up to our departure. Valet parking service was very much appreciated they were kind, courteous and willing to go above and beyond.

The hotel itself is nice and the location is very good. However, the rooms are extremely noisy, as there is a tram line running right next to the building along with barriers that make a lot of noise every time the tram passes. The hotel is clearly aware of this, since earplugs were already provided in the room — a nice detail, but unfortunately they don’t really help because the noise from outside is just too loud.

Depending on which side of the hotel you get makes a difference. We were on the third floor which was nice and convenient, but the public transportation train tracks were right outside of our window. We could hear the trains all night even over having the A/C unit running. Breakfast as just ok. Just a typical continental breakfast. Location was good. Definitely would not walk to Panthers Stadium, but the basketball arena was right at the hotel. We used the valet service for our car which eliminated a lot of stress.
