It’s an inexpensive hotel because it’s old and not kept up very well. For the price, it’s fine. Dont expect to love it or even feel good about staying there. It’s fine if you need a place to stay for a night or two. Certainly not a place you’d stay if this was your vacation.

If I could I will give a 0 star rating. The bathroom and sink were dirty upon our arrival, we kindly requested for it the be clean and some small compensation for the inconvenience. The front desk person 2 times asked to send the pictures to an email that I realized was actually not the corporate email. The manager never replied, the front desk guy was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care about the situation. I will not be back here.

The rooms need updating. Specifically the technology aspects. By this point having a USB or USB-C charging port somewhere in the room should be a given. There are plenty of lamp styles that incorporate this charging technology that are inexpensive and could be easily added to the rooms. Also having a coffee pot and coffee should be standard in the rooms. Felt like a hotel room from the 1950’s. Also, why do you ask customers to check in advance through the internet, as your email indicates, to avoid having to do this when you check in. Uploaded my ID, prepaid through the internet and then had to do it all over again when I got there. Annoying.

The room was nicely laid out, with ample space to get around the beds. Nice hotel, not fancy by any stretch of the imagination, but comfortable and safe. Tip: If approaching the hotel from the south on I-294, exit at Willow and backtrack south rather than exit at Dempster and go north. Dempster sees much more heavy traffic at certain times of the day.
