This hotel appears nice at first glance, but the reality was extremely disappointing.
We were traveling with two small children, and the pool was a major reason we chose to stay here. Our kids were very excited. Unfortunately, the pool was shut down on the first day. When we were finally able to access it on the second day, it was absolutely disgusting.
The water was cloudy, grimy, and filled with hair and debris. While in the pool, I stepped on something at the bottom that appeared to be feces. It felt like we were swimming in muck rather than a properly maintained pool. We lasted approximately five minutes before immediately removing our children and showering. It felt unsafe and unsanitary.
While the hotel looks decent on the surface, the longer you stay and the closer you look, the more you notice how dirty and poorly maintained it has become. Cleanliness clearly is not being prioritized.
This was especially disappointing because we have stayed at this hotel before and had a much better experience. The quality has deteriorated significantly, and we will not be returning. I would strongly caution families, particularly those with young children, to look elsewhere.
