Our stay was very pleasant. I did not realize that the breakfast was not complementary when we booked. But there was breakfast service and we encountered a new wait staff person who was in training. She was quite pleasant and delightful really. So all in all, Four Points has a good reputation with me. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Room was very clean. Excellent price for a hotel close to Chicago. The bartender was wonderful. Compared to most Marriott owned hotels the bed and bedding were just okay- Clean but not exceptionally comfortable.

The staff was so nice and professional. The front desk handled all my questions and concerns with care and patience. The rooms were very clean. We had no complaints. The parking lot and surrounding areas were safe. I will definitely be booking more stays here. Thanks for the great service.

Everything was fine except the pillows were rather small for the size of the bed (King) and there was no ice machine on the first floor. The people working in the kitchen area were very nice and gave me the ice I needed though.

the property is loated in shuch a place, that a 2025 navigation couldn't find it. it was a real pain findind the property our bed were not made, towels were not in the bathroom, they only have ice on some floors i wouldn't go back but there aren't very many choices in that part of greater Chicago reception desk is nothing i would brag about

I wanted to stay in Chicago. I needed a car for transportation. Unfortunately the parking in Chicago hotels was for a high fee unless you take a room in a hotel and the suburbs of Chicago and that's what I did. The hotel was on the highway and the parking was free. There was no breakfast and that was a negative. There wasn't enough coffee in the morning for the residents. But with all honesty the hotel is clean and the rooms are well equipped. For what I paid, the hotel was worth it. If I have to do it again I will do the same thing. Rent a car , find a hotel with a free parking and enjoy my stay.
