They ran out of parking spaces, so we had to park at a parking garage 2 blocks down in extremely cold weather. They overbooked the type of room we had reserved and we had to downgrade, but they comped us with a free bar drink each. The rooms were clean and the hotel bar was nice. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would go there again. The proximity to the United Center is a huge bonus!

They were having issues with global outage and couldn’t disperse keys Tracy escorted us to our rooms to let us in. Surprised there isn’t a downtime protocol I finally was able to get a key by 945pm I had to ask no notifications Hyatt , you can do better. 12 hours down is too long. Staff was great thru it all . Can’t recommend this property enough

Clean room and very friendly staff, my check in time wasn’t until 3pm but after spending around 4 hours in the city i was absolutely exhausted so i decided to head to the hotel to see if can do an early check in and was immediately shown to my room. 10/10. if you don’t mind riding the subway in and out to get to the city and back definitely recommend booking with them!!

The parking lot was full and one of the workers gave up a parking spot by the door so we could park due to the very cold weather and have little children. That was the sweetest thing ever. He didn’t have to accommodate us like that!! I thank that gentleman so much!!! Everyone that worked there was super friendly and very helpful! The room was perfect for the 5 of us with the living room and kitchen area! I would recommend this place over and over again/
