Hotel was under heavy construction, the lobby was completely closed off, had to use service elevators, no convenience store, and they still are charging a resort fee. The sound of the neighboring room lifting their blinds was so loud it scared us, and we kept being woken by our neighbors. Absolutely ridiculous for the price and I would have stayed at one of the many other hotels nearby if I'd known it was under so much construction.

Room was clean and serviced well. There was construction on the main lobby so had to use an alternative entrance. Walls and ceilings are thin. We could hear one of the other rooms opening and closing their blinds and it sounded like someone trying to open our window. In the bathroom you could hear the neighboring bathroom. And we could hear a few of our neighbors talking but luckily everyone was fairly respectful and quiet during our stay. Easy to uber from and to and quick walk to magnificent mile and Millenium park. For anyone with the free drinks it is only from 5-7pm. We weren’t able to use any of these. Breakfast also ends at 9:30 on weekdays and either 10 or 10:30 on weekends.

Amazing staff who were always keen to help or have a quick chat. Service was amazing, and the hotel is in a great location; extremely close to the Riverwalk, public transportation, and restaurants. Always my go-to hotel when visiting this great city.

We loved Kinzie Hotel! The staff were very welcoming to us and i loved having conversations with valet! he’s amazing! Other than there being a little updating being done to the lobby which only caused 1 elevator to work, the place is amazing! 10/10 would do it again!😊
