I actually live about 30 minutes from downtown but love to get somewhere to stay when I have late nights and will definitely consider going back to The Allegro. Super clean, awesome staff, and they also gave us free extra time after check out so we could sleep in haha!

Good location, a little overpriced.

Quick 2 night stay, and overall stay was good. A little overpriced, wouldn’t recommend if traveling on a limited budget. Staff were friendly though. Best part was the bar, the bartender was great! TV in the room didn’t work, but we didn’t really need it on anyways. Also didn’t call down to see if it could be fixed until we left. Some tears in the wallpaper in the bathroom, and not a great vanity set up. Great location on the loop, short walking distance to many great attractions.

Overall the stay was fine. However, the concierge checking us in seemed like we were bothering him, not very friendly. And the room I had reserved- a king bed and accessible shower, was not what we were put in - 2 double beds and a regular shower. Disappointed about the bed situation. The servers for breakfast were great, as was the woman who checked us out.

This was my first time staying here, and overall, I had a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything I needed and very convenient. One of the standout highlights was the bar. The bartender services were top-notch — friendly, attentive, and really added to the positive vibe of the place. During my stay, I did have an unfortunate situation where I left my bag in a taxi. I reached out to the security team for help, and while they initially tried to assist by reviewing footage to identify the taxi number, the process felt disorganized. The security officer assisting us — a red-haired girl — seemed distracted and more focused on personal conversations, possibly with her boyfriend, and left multiple times during our interaction without providing clear information. Fortunately, the front desk staff stepped in and were extremely helpful. Thanks to their support, we were eventually able to retrieve the bag, which I deeply appreciated. In summary, I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the location and bartender service. I would recommend better training or oversight for the security team to ensure guest concerns are handled more professionally. I’d definitely consider staying here again!
