the room was very clean, and quiet, and lovely for a deep sleep. It's a hotel without a front desk, but very convenient, friendly (on the telephone), and easy to find, with convenient parking nearby.

Property is adequate. Keep in mind there is no staff or front desk personnel. Parking is on your own. Was told to download an app to find overnight parking. Proximity is great for Wrigley Field and many surrounding bars open late.
