Did not realuze it was on a busy, noisy road. Facilities were not as clean as other Best Western plus hotels. Breakfast was awful. Limited fruit choice watered down forange juice, recooked sausages lack if fresh fruit etc. Not at all like other Best western plus hotels we have stayef in. Realky disappointing.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel, only issue we had was that the wifi didnt work and the hot tub was the same temp as the pool, when asked staff to turn the heat on in the hot tub they said its a preset temp for children. So couldnt enjoy the pool/hot tub area but otherwise was a pleasantly stay. Lots of places around to eatin walking distnace and crental mission area was convenient- smoking pit is covered in the back which was nice as well.

Staff gave me a complimentary upgrade when I arrived. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were professional and friendly. The building is a bit older but my room, lobby and halls were clean. The back of the building looked like it was undergoing some construction or repairs. Tub is tiny. Not much sound insulation as I could every time a door opened on the floor or if my neighbours got up and walked around. Kids were running up and down the hall till 10pm.
