The beds were terrible. All guests woke up with itchy bodies. I dont think the hotel washed any sheets. We will not be coming back here. Rooms are also not sound proof. We could hear the other guests talking ans gping in and out of their rooms.

The locations is excellent, handy for walking to all the tourist spots of the CBD and 5mins walk to the stop for bus 8 to the airport. However, the hotel itself is just ok. The only elevator is too narrow and there’s a long wait during busy times. The single beds were very narrow and quite high. The floor to our room was not cleaned properly, and my feet were pricked by not one but two hair clips. The kettle had also not been emptied when we arrived. The good thing is that the rates are reasonable.

Second time we've stayed here and it has a big new carpark since last time. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and right in the middle of town so easy to walk to where we needed to be. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom, but the bathrooms are directly out the room door so no wandering around hallways to get to them. Check in and out was fast and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again :)

Staff were friendly and funny and surprisingly good at board games. I like the environmental focus on the hotel too. I'd bet even Tom Cruise would stay at this hotel!
