Cleveland STILL rocks!!

This place was situated in the best areas by the hospital, shopping outlets and eateries. I enjoyed the staff was so personable even the manager Mrs. Genna Sparks, even the opportunity to workout at Lifetime fitness. I will ne nack to this location as should everyone!

Perfect Stay @ Aloft Beachwood

Layout was inviting; everything was clean and comfortable (in common areas and our rooms); pool table/games/game area was well kept & fun; every single staff member was friendly and helpful!!! Food/beverages onsite were limited but still had a little something for everyone and hot coffee was always available. :) Would stay here again 100%!!!

When we got there the air conditioner was set at 45 (did not know that you could set it that low), turned it up to 68, it went to 70 and felt musty. Bathroom door would not stay shut. Shower was nice

Not the best.

Staff was nice. We were in the suite at the end of the hall. ALL NIGHT LONG we had to listen to the exterior door slamming every ten minutes like somebody was selling drugs in the parking lot. Room was dirty and beat up - broken bedside tables, rugs were a mess, bathroom had probably 2 tubes of silicone sealing the shower, etc.. Place was ghetto.
