I ordered a room with a king size bed. Received something else. I was told this only seems to happen when ordering via 3rd party. So moving forward i will follow up with a phone call. Didn't have this issue at Marriott. Beautiful indoor poll. Chef made me a breakfast sandwich i couldnt believe came out of that kitchen. It was amazing. Outside 2 days post snow storm, no walk ways or grounds appeared to be shoveled (it appears to be an ohio thing, from Cleveland to Columbus was the same, they don't appear to clean sidewalks or shovel path ways or parkinglots.)

I made my reservation & requested a certain room in January for Feb 14. Just for them to cancel saying it brought a red flag but they couldn’t give me a correct reason on what the red flag was. When I asked to book another room I was told I couldn’t book at all anymore. I will never reserve at this place again.

Nice Stay
