Bed was comfortable, customer service was outstanding honestly and I needed a couple of things so they were so kind and nice, the flatbread was really good and honestly it was so close to my medical appointments at the Cleveland Clinic that it was a great experience! Close to the airport as well - it barely took the Uber 19 minutes to get there!
