The room was dirty. The pillow case and sheet were yellowish color and were not clean. I have taken pictures of the card and curtains that were clearly dirty And the floor was dirty aswell with dust and hair all over. And the air conditioner was too loud The breakfast was relatively good and staff was also kind

I can’t speak for every room, but the mattress in my room was terrible. The middle was sunken in and it felt similar to sleeping on a hammock. The shower floor isn’t offset towards the drain, so the water pooled up in the middle and left a sort of off colored stain on it. Used toilet paper roll on the dispenser. The subway station is directly across the street, so that did make getting to and from downtown and the airport really easy. Although filled with sleeping homeless, so was the lobby of the hotel. I’d probably spend a little more and stay elsewhere if I was not solo travelling.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property with it's close proximity to public transit and nearby food options. Room prices were really reasonable. Our only complaint was that the we could easily hear the occupants of the room next door on the first night, and that the wall and bed's headboard would shake when the neighbors "exercised" late at night.

The check in was super calm and front desk were friendly and very professional. They accommodated my family and I in such a huge way and even gave us a spacious room since I had 3 kids with me. I appreciate the courtesy and I would definitely recommend. I would also stay here again. Thank you guys ; you made my layover very comfortable.

Good choice in Cleveland for safety and cost.

If you have to go to Cleveland and want a reasonable and safe place to stay, this is it. The hotel is located near the airport and approximately 7 miles from city central. Thus, it it is away from the urban area and does not have the issues facing downtown. The parking is free, the parking lot is well-lit, and there are no shady, poverty-riddled neighborhoods nearby. Overall, everything was fine, but basic.

Good and comfortable Hotel to stay.

We had a pretty good experience at this hotel. The people behind the counter are very pleasant and helpful, and I want to single out Zsombor , Chuck, and Bill for their personalized service. The cleaning crews need better training in cleanliness. All in all, we will be happy to return next time we are 8n Cleveland! They even have a shuttle that takes you right to the airport. I'd also like to mention the bath toewls we soft and not coarse like other establishments.
