There was a mild odor in the room; not bad enough to complain, but definitely noticeable. The handle on our bathroom tub was confusing as to how to get the shower to work. Floor in the breakfast area had not been swept and we were the first ones down at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast.

The lock on our door didn't work which felt unsafe. The customer service was rude. I felt like I was being belittled and treated like a child who didn't know anything. I'm an adult woman and it was exhausting. The overall experience was not great and resembled the kind you would get at a cheap motel.
