I'm disappointed in the Oxon Hill Comfort Inn, the first room given to us smelled like smoke and had visible roaches in the room, we asked the front desk for a new room, the second room the sheets were soiled with blood and brown stains on the mattress and sheets. The bathtub had mold as well along with a strong marijuana /cigarette smell. Ultimately we left the hotel once we saw the disgusting conditions.

The first room we got, the shower rod was broken so when we took a shower the entire floor was soaking wet and there was mold all over the bathroom! The room was also not cleaned well. I saw stains all over. We were moved to a new room which the hot water did not work well and did not drain properly. We asked for assistance and they came but said the water was warm and there was nothing they could do for us. The water was definitely cold, so I’m not sure what the issue was with saying it was warm. This room was also not cleaned well either. The staff was okay at best. I would NEVER return. I have pictures and videos of everything. Honestly, this place should be torn down if possible.

Do not stay here. The lobby smelled strongly of weed, and there were strange men lingering in the lobby and around the grounds all day and night, which made the place feel unsafe. When I first checked in, the toilet in my room made an extremely loud noise when flushed, and there were small baby roaches—one on the bed and another that fell from the ceiling. I asked to be moved to another room because of this. Breakfast was another uncomfortable experience. The staff working the breakfast area stared with scowls and acted annoyed while preparing food, making guests feel rushed and unwelcome. I do not recommend staying here. If I had not already paid in advance through my booking, I would not have stayed at all.

There were a smell as if there have been smoking in the hallway on the second floor and even in the room, which caused my migraine to start. The bathroom area was half clean, behind the sink the granite was cracked. I got up and left. I am still dealing with my migraines, I had to get that smell off of me.
