When we first got there the door wouldn’t open we went down stairs 5 times till the send someone up to help us. When the person came up the same. The battery in the door was dead which then we had to wait another 10 minutes in the hallway till it was fix. We spend 35 minutes in the hallway. I shower was broken and the said they didn’t have the tools to fix it. When we went to the gym someone so painting in a room next door and we couldn’t breath so we had to leave.

I had a wonderful experience at Harborside Hotel. The staff was exceptional—kind, attentive, and responsive. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere that makes for a relaxing stay. The restaurant and bar are definite highlights, offering great food and a welcoming ambiance. The rooms were comfortable, and the location is incredibly convenient for traveling in and out of DC and Virginia. A true sweet spot for both comfort and convenience.

This hotel was a great option for a date night. My only gripe was the noise level for was a little loud at night but that was to be expected considering where it's located.

Had a great stay. Saw a concert at the MGM and the shuttle was super convenient. Staff was really nice. My only complaint was the seating in the part of the restaurant my husband and I sat in was quite stark. It was Valentine’s Day and it was not very romantic. But the food was good.

A Comfortable, Clean, and affordable hotel.

I always enjoy my stay at The Harborside Hotel when I visit the DMV. The hotel is always very clean, the personnel are friendly and helful, and the food served at their restaurant is always on point.
