It started with the roaches, the dirty shower, the toilet that wouldn't flush properly, and no phone in the room. then there was the stench that is the entirety of the building, absolutely horrid. If that wasn't enough, they had 1 washcloth 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. We said two guests would be staying. When asking for more towels they said we had to wait until the next day and then the next day came and it was like they expected us to share the towel. I wouldn't mind never needing to be accommodated by them again.

The workers at this hotel are strange. I discovered they had my driver's license and a few other people's drivers licenses in a drawer and when I asked for mine back, they lied and said they didn't have it. It was weird and uncomfortable. When I explained how that's unsafe and out of line, the clerk laughed. There was obvious rust in the tub, roaches, and so many fruit flies.I have photos, but for whatever reason I can upload them.

The property needs a major rehab. The housekeeping staff needs to use something other than Fabuloso to clean or sanitize anything, no kind of noise control, and the rooms are disgusting no matter which one they move you to.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed in. It was dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The bath tub was filthy. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. The mirror was missing from the wall and the paint was green where it used to hang, while the rest of the room appeared to be white or off white. The sheets on the bed didn't look clean. I felt completely uncomfortable and actually slept in my clothes. I only stayed because I couldn't get a refund. The place should be renovated or shutdown completely.

This hotel is not clean. The first room i got was dirty, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in, dirty socks on the floor. The bathtub was nasty. The second room was clean, but the toilet had no water.

Is not a hotel. Is apartment complex. Could not even find the check-in counter if they have one. Beyond disgusting with trash outside etc not sure why Expedia would allow this to be able to be booked as a hotel

There were roaches, bathroom sink pipes aren’t even connected you turn the sink on and the entire floor will flood, I had to clean the entire room with my own cleaning supplies since they left everyone’s hair and piss on the toilet and in the shower I do not recommend at all.

I experienced 2 separate rooms. This is the worst place i have ever stayed even at very low prices of $50/day. There aren't enough characters allowed to document all of the problems. The place should not be open. Staff seemed courteous enough but whomever runs the place doesn't know what they are doing. Same experience as others with roaches. Very poorly maintained with major water leaks. Tub rusted through quarter size holes. Mold. Dirty toilets, Fire alarm disabled in room. Hallway alarm chirping 24 hours a day. Bed had a sinkhole. Linens heavily stained. Breakfast was slices of bread, no butter, toaster, jelly, the thickest coffee I have seen, some cereal, suspect milk container and waffle maker, given the other problems I have no confidence in the waffle batter. When snow came no attempt was made to clear anywhere except a 10 ft strip in front of the entrance.
