Sijaitsee erinomaisesti kaikkiin tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin Colorado Springsissä, lähellä Hwy I - 25 ja Academy Boulevardia. Lomakoti on vain 10 minuutin päässä Air Force Academyin eteläportista, 10 minuutin päässä UCCS-yliopistosta. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä elokuvateattereista, ostosmahdollisuuksista, viihdykkeistä ja lukuisista hyvistä ravintoloista Tämä koti on täydellinen osallistua Air Force Academy -tapahtumiin tai tutustua muihin alueen nähtävyyksiin, kuten Pikes Peak, Godsin puutarhaan, Seven Fallsiin, Manitou Springsiin, Tuulen luolaan, Broadmoor-hotelliin ja paljon muuta nähtävyyksistä.

Tiedämme, että et pidä perheen jättämisestä takana niin lemmikkieläimet alle 50 kiloa ovat tervetulleita. Savuttomia. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu uudella Keurig-kahvinkeittimellä, astiat, kattilat, pannut, astiastot, leivinuuni, täysikokoinen mikroaaltouuni, upouusi liesi, jääkaappi, uuni, viihtyisä aamiaishuone neljällä baarituoleilla. Perhehuoneessa on kodikas takka ja kaksi 55-taulutelevisiota, jossa on Xfinity, Wii pelit, lautapelejä.

Meillä on myös taitettava pinnasänky saatavilla tarvittaessa.

Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Colorado Springs House of Bounce. This place is everything we expected! Very comfortable for my family of 5 and our pups. The large kitchen area is great! We loved hanging out in the den watching movies. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. House was stocked with snacks and coffee and some drinks in the fridge. Plenty of spices and condiments as well. The beds are super comfy too! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We will book again if we are ever in the area.

The home was so inviting, the kitchen had everything needed to cook like I was at home. The bedrooms very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Living room and game room kept us entertained. We didn't get to use the hot tub but Chad had it ready just in case we needed to, and it was a beautiful tub. Overall I absolutely would stay again.

We highly recommend this property in Colorado Springs! We enjoyed the exceptionally clean home and felt right at home! The owner Chad left snacks and milk and coffee which was very much appreciated! He replied with a text anytime we had a question. There was enough space to give everyone some room to relax and yet be just around the corner. The beds and sheets and pillows were all so comfortable. The hot tub and pool table were definitely family favorites! Easy check and a fabulous stay!

Wonderful! Chad was a great host! He was friendly, communicative, and responsive. The house was very comfortable for my mom and I and my seven year old twins, as well as our dogs. The house was clean with super comfy beds and pillows. The yard was great and the game room was a huge hit with the kids. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. House was very well stocked and we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the fact that we were offered early check in. When we walked in the house was very clean, we even had snacks, brand new orange juice, and milk that were also offered to us as well. We really enjoyed the pool table, the tv due to the sound system making it feel like we were in a movie theater at home. We mostly cooked at home too so we really enjoyed the kitchen a lot. The only thing I would say that really concerns me still is the fact that the side gate to the backyard was left open and we also had our puppy with us who luckily is very clinging and does what he has to do and just waits by the door once he done but if not he could’ve gotten out. Other than that we really did enjoy the house with our dog and we’re happy we booked here !

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was cozy and spotless, and the owners truly thought of everything we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a relaxing treat after our days exploring Colorado. The location was ideal; central to all the places we wanted to visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway!

This house had everything we needed (and more). When we weren't out exploring, we played pool and Mario Kart on the Wii. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Chad was great with communication and made check in and out very easy.

The property was just as listed in the discerption and my wife and I were comfortable. It is pet friendly and does have a hot tub in the back yard that is private. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's close enough to everything we wanted to do while staying there, so that is a plus. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again.

Excellent stay. The house was exactly as listed. Our family loved the game room. The kitchen was well stocked and we did a lot of cooking. The hot tub and yard were relaxing. Beds, pillows, towels were super soft and clean.

I've stayed here several times and it's always fantastic. The square footage and quality of the space is fantastic for the price. We hosted our corporate retreat here and everyone loved outdoor space, hot tub and game room. The beds were comfy, and we especially appreciate the low check out requirements. It's what vacation rentals were like back in the day. We will be back!

The house was clean and well stocked. Just the right amount of rooms, beds and bathrooms for our lager group. We got great use out of the Wii, billiards table, back yard and hot tub. Great location for seeing all the sites. The host was very accommodating and provided lots of information.
