End unit of a 4plex, with a lot of privacy. Backyard is fenced off from the next unit. Private one bedroom with full bed, pull-out twin sofa. Portable crib available. Very clean. Outdoor furniture available seasonally and space for relaxing in backyard in quiet neighborhood. Free parking onsite, just minutes' walk to Old Colorado City! 10 minute drive to Manitou Springs, 15 min. to downtown Colorado Springs, 15 min. to Garden of the Gods, one hour to Cripple Creek. Kitchen has gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot for guest use. Towels, dishes for 4, spices and cookware for your culinary use, complimentary coffee and tea. Wifi, local television and VCR/DVD player with selection of movies, board games on site. Local attraction and festival/restaurant information listed, as well as nearby stores, banks, laundromat, etc. Local maps and tourist brochures for guests' use.
