What we didnt like was the shower was to short im 5 6 and the i had to bend down to use the shower. My husband is 6ft i felt sorry for him. There was only 1side table so i had to use our suitcase to have a place for my glasses, my drink and my phone. And also there was no place to hang our cloths.

Not Worth the Say...Never Again

Unfortunately, this hotel falls short in many areas and is in desperate need of major renovations. The overall atmosphere feels dated, with dark rooms due to poor lighting and carpets that appear to be original from the 1970s. The furniture is noticeably worn and tattered, and the beds are quite uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets provided, no closet available for storage, and the bathroom is in serious need of a complete overhaul. Even the curtains are made of plastic, adding to the outdated and unwelcoming feel. Additionally, the hotel lacks many basic amenities commonly found in other accommodations—such as breakfast options, grab-and-go items, or even a small supply of convenience items like Tylenol or toothpaste. Given the condition and lack of services, the price does not reflect a good value. The one positive note is the staff, who were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. However, their kindness alone is not enough to justify the overall experience.

Property is extremely clean and well kept up. Check in was fast and smooth. The staff even helped us with our luggage and offered to bring us ice. Best customer service I've had anywhere in years! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone staying in Jefferson City
