The staff was super nice ! She was very accommodating after I checked in the tv was having sound issues. She came up checked it and moved me immediately to another room. I will definitely stay here again when I have to come back in March.

Check in was a breeze. Shay is very pleasant. I thought I had issue with A/C but it was fixed immediately. This location is walking distance to restaurants and stores. I would recommend staying here

The staff was outstanding. We stayed for 3 days for my nephew's graduation from basic training. Shay at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was great! So many dining and shopping areas right by the hotel. With such a busy neighborhood I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were at night. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Everything was awesome. The staff was wonderful and pleasant at check in. Our room was clean. My only concern was the limited options at breakfast. Because they had limited options that were kid friendly (no whole milk, no kid appealing cereals, no waffles), we ended up going to the nearby Krispy Kreme for breakfast - which the kids absolutely loved.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job with changing bed sheets, and cleaning bathroom. Hold washcloth left on the shower rod and a stain in the bed.
