I reserved a king. Was told none were available. Got a queen. We went to our room and it was freezing. The heater was turned off. It was 50 degrees. The room right next door was a king and the door was ajar and the room was not made up. The door was still ajar when we came back from dinner and when we checked out. This hotel has a lot of rooms and there were very few cars. Pretty sure they just didn’t care

The staff were friendly, but the room wasn't as clean as expected. Peeling paint, doors cracked and ceiling tiles were stained. Carpets could have used vacuuming and surfaces wiped off.

Requested connected rooms because I was traveling with my disabled husband and mother, both have dementia. The closest I could get was 3 rooms apart. This caused stress and worry. Rooms were good sized and comfortable. There were many empty rooms and I don’t understand why we couldn’t have rooms at least next to each other

First room wasn't even cleaned. Second one was flooded. Third one wasn't cleaned very well, needed vacuuming, and the keys wouldn't work. 2 towels and 1 coffee for a double room with 4 people. No cleaning for 3 days. Continental breakfast was basically nothing. Gounds in the coffee, wouldn't even try it!

Our room had a faulty door lock and we didn’t notice it until after we had been out for a while. Our room sat in secure for hours with all of our belongings in it. Luckily no one helped them selves but this left us feeling very unsafe and do not plan on using that location again!

The staff was nice and there was plenty of parking space. The room was decent except some towels were extremely dirty. Breakfast was good nothing freshly made but had microwavable sandwiches and burritos with additional fruits and snacks to pick from.

Room in poor condition, coffee maker missing parts and inoperative, even after I notified front desk it was never addressed. Ice bucket had someone’s old popcorn in it so obviously never checked. Room took forever to warm up. Toilet dripped all night. Never saw housekeeping in 3 days.

After being checked in I asked where the room was located and all I got was straight across. Across where? Little to no direction. Got in the room, which was freezing so we attempted to turn the heat on. After 30 minutes still not change in the room temperature. tried calling the front desk and found out the phone didn't work. My husband and I both went to the front desk separately urging them to help us with the heat. After about an hour they gave us an oil heater to use since they didn't have anyone there to help. After a very cold night we tried to get breakfast and coffee, which there was none. There was a seating area with a coffee station, but no food was available and no coffee.
