Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I requested that my room to get cleaned and all trash be taken out and beds be made up since we were staying the whole weekend. Came back into my room and all the trash was still on the counter restroom was not clean towels were just put on the counter, beds were not made up and I asked for another trash can because there was only one trash can in the room and not one in the restroom. No one brought another trash can, I asked what do we do with all the trash was told to put outside room door with all dirty sheets and towels and someone will come get it. My son had to go downstairs to the desk and get clean sheets and more toilet paper because they didn’t leave anything. Got up the next morning to see trash, dirty sheets and towels still outside room door and a lot of other attendance trash in the hall as well. Not sure what the new policy is but that is very unusual to do that. We drive 4 + hours to stay there and visit with family and never had that problem before. So unhappy with this stay and not sure if we will continue using this hotel in the future.
