Tämä on melko tilava yhden makuuhuoneen yhden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja olohuoneessa on uusi 32 "taulutelevisio ja täysikokoinen futon-sohva. Yhteensä nukkumismahdollisuus on 4 henkilöä. Siellä on täydellinen keittiö, joka on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset kypsentääksesi saalisi pitkän kalastuspäivän jälkeen. Tontit ovat kauniisti hoidettuja, ja niissä on kypsät sitruspuut. Kiinteistössä on kalanpuhdistustilat. Ranta on noin 2 korttelin päässä, mutta riittävän lähellä tuntemaan lahden tuulet. STR # 271325
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Holiday Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Property is affordable and fairly conveniently located. It’s a very no-frills spot, which is reflected in the affordability.There were some definite cleanliness issues and we could have used more towels/washcloths. The kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils. There were no hot pads. Most places we’ve stayed have had some salt/pepper/kitchen basics, but this doesn’t. Not a deal breaker, but we would have thrown some in if we had known. The property was quiet and felt safe.

Although we were texted a door code ahead of time for check in, when we arrived there was nothing to enter a door code for. After calling the management company, they initially did not know why that would be, but it turns out it never had a door code in the first place and required keys (something they should have known since there had been literally staying there before we arrived). When we entered the property, the overall condition of it was not the same as the photos included on the website (tons of rust/water damage, not as much natural lighting). The shades in the bedroom were broken so they could not be opened. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. And worst of all, there was BLACK MOLD on both of the vents! Would not recommend.

Nice little place

Room was great except there was only enough linen for the one queen size bed. We were a family of four which was on the rental agreement. Had to go to town to get more linen for the futon. Other than that it was perfect for us…

I would stay again

The property was very clean. It felt a little small but we live in a house but it was perfectly fine for me, 2 kids and a dog. The kitchen came with pots/pans, plates, utensils, coffee pot and ice. There’s even a pit on the property. We had a good time.

Clean, and fast response

Had a small minor maintenance issue, and when we called the maintenance guy was there in 5 minutes. The bungalow was really clean well taken care of, and the AC worked awesome in the middle of a heatwave.

A bit of paint and cleaner furniture would really make the place more inviting. The sheets were like paper and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was a stained old chair in the corner next to the old futon that I was weary of touching but I can be appreciative of the sitting options. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held down the nozzle. Also there was a smell of musty cigarettes. Unless that’s just the after smell of other families in the ocean, which could be proven by the sandy front room floor. I liked how close it was to the beach and to the main part of the city. The neighbors seemed nice. Because the bed had a bad smell to it and the pillowcases had stains on it, I was able to remove the bedding and replace it by the extras in the closet which seemed to have been dry cleaned and wrapped in plastic so I was thankful for that. There was also a stocked kitchen to cook some meals and from what I saw it was all mostly clean. Overall, I wish I would have chosen to stay in the hotels a couple more minutes away with free breakfast, comfortable beds, a clean environment and daily house keeping which would only have been a little bit more in cost. I stayed in a hotel about 3 min away the first night because I got in a little bit early and I paid just about the same per night as I did there and I was much more comfortable and happy there. I read that the building survived hurricane Harvey, so what it’s worth, I’m glad it’s still standing.

Good for 2 people

The futon was very hard when sitting I’m not sure how comfortable it would be to sleep on. The room does have quite a bit of wear and tear on the doors throughout and the room had a very musty wet smell we bought air freshener but it didn’t help too much. Other than than location was great and perfect size for a couple.

Great service, condo is worn

Port A escapes was great to work with. We called when the unit's storm door locked us out and someone was there in under five minutes. Drippy faucet, slippery tub and patched paint in unit show its wear and tear. Bit of a long walk to beach since the condo complex has no beach access and you need to walk several blocks to Sandcastle to access beach.

All you need family of 4 and 3 pets

We have stayed in plenty of places in port A; honestly, this little place was great for my husband, 2 kids (5&11) 2 english/French mastiffs, a English bulldog and myself. We fit great! The only things was the futon that my husband and I slept on was pretty uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
