Olemme iloisia voidessamme ilmoittaa Village Walk Phase 1 -allas on nyt lämmitetty!
Tule pelaamaan upouusi Beach Bound Beachin talossa! Kun kävelet tähän kotiin, tunnet olosi lomalle. Valoisia, hauskoja värejä ja paljon luonnonvaloa toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi. Pohjapiirros on suunniteltu antamaan sinulle mahtavia tiloja nauttiaksesi aikaa. Avoin keittiö / olohuone ja ruokailuhuone on täydellinen kokoontumispaikka perheen illalliselle ja jopa elokuvaille, jossa on taulutelevisio. Ruokapöydässä on 12 paikkaa, joissa mahtuu isoja perheitä, joissa on ylimääräisiä istumapaikkoja saarella. Siellä on master-sviitti pohjakerroksessa, jossa on king-vuode. Yläkerrassa on toinen master-sviitti, jossa on king-vuode. Myös 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa on king-size-vuode. Tuo on oikein! Tämä koti tarjoaa 4 king-huonetta. On 2 täysikokoista vuodetta ja minikeittiö. Vain sen huoneen vieressä on kahden hengen kerrossänky. Koti tarjoaa monia ekstroja, kuten kattoterassin, sekä yhteisön allas. Ennen kuin matkustat Port Aransas / Village Walkiin, suunnittele oikea määrä ajoneuvoja, joita käytät alla olevien sääntöjen mukaisesti:

Beach Bound VW95 tarjoaa runsaasti pysäköintitilaa 12 hengelle, oikein suunniteltujen ajoneuvojen lukumäärän suunnittelu ennen lähtöä parantaa lomasi kokemusta.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Mustang Island Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi kattoterassin ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

We enjoyed the house very much. I feel it is important to note that one of the king bedrooms shares a bathroom with the bunk room area so if you are planing to have 4 adult couples, one will be sharing the upstairs area and bathroom with the kids. It worked out great for us with 3 adult couples and 4 teenage boys. Great location. Very cute house.

Perfect beach house

We have stayed at many beach homes in port aransas for over 10 + years and by far this is the best one!! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beds for my guests and a convenient location! Would 100% stay here again!!

Great house!

We loved the amount of space we had. 4 king beds were definitely a plus and the kid’s space was perfect. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. So convenient to the beach!

Great place that provided plenty of rooms and bathrooms. All descriptions were accurate and everything was clean. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc (including a crockpot). Best of all, no problems with the AC.😊

Great Place

This home was roomy and accommodating for our group of 11 adults and 2 kids. The home is beautiful and the open concept downstairs was great for hanging out with everyone. I would say the only drawbacks were the property doesn't have beach access (although it is only a short drive) and there was very little cleaning supplies/necessary kitchen items available.

Nice Beach House - Centrally Located

The beach house was clean and had lots of room. It is centrally located - close to the beach, groceries, and dining. The check in process was easy. The living room and kitchen are downstairs along with one bedroom. Upstairs there are 3 additional rooms with king size beds, 1 small room with a bunk, and a living area with 2 twin beds and a kitchenette. The parking is tight but having a garage helped with that. Overall a night house. We would stay here again.

The furniture is difficult for comfort as most is for very tall people with long legs. A couple of recliners instead of the big bulky blue chairs would be a wonderful addition.

Lots of time spent at the beach, pool at the house, dinner at Virginia's and a Pirate's cruise. The beach house was more than we dreamed. It was large enough to spread out and easily come together in the common areas . We have been coming to Port A for about 12 years and this was the best rental ever.

We had a total of 4 kids and a teenager and everyone loved their sleeping arrangements plus room to play. Easy to retreat to your own bedroom with private bathroom to relax and truly rest between beach and other activities. Such a great layout downstairs to enjoy the whole fam!!
