Jasmine at front desk was super helpful. I arrived at 1 pm she helped with early check in. Very courteous Rooms were clean. You had ample of parking and not too far from beaches

The room (accessible) was good, very spacious and clean. Beds were okay (on the hard side), on demand smart tv was hit with kids, especially since the indoor pool was too cold to utilize. The breakfast was above average. I like that there wasn't any icky carpets, as they went with hard flooring when they updated. We have rewards membership that allows for a later checkout, which we were told wasn't a problem twice (check in and again at breakfast time) only to be called and told a late checkout was not avaliable and we had to vacate earlier than we planned.
