I booked here for the free parking and no pet fees. I wasn't expecting much. The bathroom fixtures are ancient and falling apart. The hot water didn't work in the sink(unless you play with it. I got it to work a few times) The towels are super old with old stains that you can see in the light. The guy in the unit below me offered to sell me drugs twice. It looked like he was living and selling out of his room. I saw several people come and go and I wasn't even there much. Sketchy place!!

Easy check-in and check-out. Cable. 15 minute walk to popular area, The Triangle. Close to the highway, not majorly noisy. Room was adequately clean. The shower had some rusty looking parts, maybe from old shelves. And I found a kibble of dog food in a corner. Stairs were a bit slippery due to lots of rain.
