Staff was very fast and very efficient. The only problem was the TV would not work, but they did try to fix it, they couldn’t at that time. Everything else was Great. And morning Breakfast was wonderful.

I’m going to start with the good first. The manager at this property is the best I’ve ever experienced! He was very receptive, and did his best to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. They ran out of food about 1/2 hour before closing on Sunday, but I think everyone was able to get something. The pool and hot tub were ok. The key reader is not working, so you have to go to the desk every time you want in. The hot tub is a good temp. The pool is great for kids. Now. We had issues with the television. (I was with tech savvy kids, and they couldn’t get it to work) We had to wait over a hour the first night to get a maintenance person to fix. The next morning, same problem. This time however, my daughter was able to get it to work. The hotel itself is in a pretty good spot. Close to lots of stuff. It is an older hotel though. The carpets are terrible. Hallways, and our room had numerous stains. Our bathroom had food (or something) splattered on the wall. The room suited our needs, but it was very dark. Poor lighting which made me worry about what we weren’t able to see. All in all, it was an okay place to stay. If I go to Omaha again, I will probably find somewhere else though.

Upon arrival to our room, the door was ajar. Unsure if someone had been in the room before we checked in. The room had a strong odor of wetness and mildew. The room needed multiple repairs throughout. The wallpaper was curling off the wall. The next morning, my husband and I were making the bed and noticed a spot of blood on the edge of the blanket. The staff were friendly, but our room was not aesthetically pleasing, did not feel clean, had no functional equipment. Would not go back.

The property was very convenient to the highway and easy to access. Staff was so kind and helpful. We especially loved Richard in the breakfast area. Breakfast was good with many options. The pool and hot tub were a welcome respite after our time on the road. For the price, this hotel can’t be beat and we will definitely return as we pass through. Thank you for a peaceful night’s stay!

We were on the first floor and right by the stairs. All night long it was constant stomping noises. Upon check-in, we were charged over $600 on our card. When we brought it up to the person at the front desk, he barely apologized and then just said “you’ll see the refund in a few days“ There were a ton of spiders in our room and a lot of updating needs to be done. Would not stay here again.
