Where do I start?….I booked this hotel for an overnight stay and I was adamant about calling ahead to make sure all amenities were available. Our room was FILTHY, food splattered all over the walls, body fluids stained the couch, handprints on the headboards. They graciously moved us to anther room thinking that our room just didn’t get clean….nope, the mirror was busted out, walls were covered with stains and the lamp shade had fluids/stains on it. The carpet was not vaccuumed in either room. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else because cleanliness was not an option there. To top it all off, I called about the “hot tub” to see if it was working properly before booking, they confirmed…..the hot tub was not hot, jets didn’t work and the water was not clean.

Never stay here people. The manager Neil is horrible! When trying to book a room in an ice storm it was around midnight he wouldn’t accept cash. We had to put money on a cash card and while trying to find a store to do so our reservation was changed to the next day. We even paid more than what it was supposed to be. He wouldn’t allow hotels.com to change the reservation or cancel. Needless to say my wife and I had to sleep on the side of the road in my truck before her Doctor appointment. I would never stay here again or any other property that this property management group owns.

The manager entered our room twice when we had a do not disturb sign on our door he did not attempt to call the room before entering the first time was because he wanted to charge my card for second night which he had the card on file the second morning was because he was worried because we didn’t come to breakfast last day of our stay we had no hot water because they were filling the pool so we took cold showers no apologies from management on any of these issues so my advice keep the lock across your door at all times
