I have stayed there several times in the past 5 years and each time it seems worse. The phone didn’t work in my room, the man at the front desk forgot to tell housekeeping I wanted my room cleaned, the pool water was very cold and cloudy and there is a ceiling tile dangerously hanging above the pool. The handle on my room door was pulling out of the door. I won’t be staying there again!!!!

This hotel is very run-down. We booked 3 rooms. One room had no pillows or towels. One flooded in the middle of the night (broken toilet seal). No refund or compensation was offered. The security door from the parking lot was broken. The ice machine broke during our stay. The wall paper needs replacing and painting needs to be done. There is also only luke-warm water in the showers. On a positive note, the people were friendly even though there was never a manager available. And hotels.com was 30% cheaper than on site.

The staff was rude. The property is run down. Rooms and hallway smell awful. Food is overcooked and tasteless. Pool, needs to be cleaned. My husband asked for more towels and when he got back to the room one of the towels had a brown stain on it, when he went to return it the lady grabbed it and threw it on the floor and becamse very annoyed with him. He then had to get his own towel. Will not stay here again.

Needs some love

This hotel is very old. Wall paper was about to come off walls. Definitely needs a remodel. Exterior doors didn’t lock so anyone could access the building. Room was nice a roomy but needs a facelift. However the boys enjoyed the pool.

Great place to sleep and good pillows and comfortable mattress. We were there for a high school rodeo. Breakfast typical for hotels hot and ok. Would stay again for the price and cleanliness.

The property is a bit older but it is very clean! Our room was spotless. The lobby was very nice and the front desk staff members were both very kind and helpful. We brought our dog and it was a great place to stay with her. We will stay here again when in the area.

Beds comfortable, clean room, bathroom and linens. Lobby floors dirty dried mud throughout which was there 12 hours ago. Pool warm water, hot tub too hot and dirty scum around edges with caustic fumes.

I had a midnight check in. The clerk was welcoming, friendly, and got me quickly on my way to my room. The facility is a bit dated with a cavernous lobby area. The pool was in the lobby area, something to consider if you don't like the smell of chlorine. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and worked great for an overnight stay.
