Stay was good. Only have an indoor pool and it was cold inside so that wasn’t enticing. And the AC in our room didn’t really cool all that well. But all in all it took care of our needs.

The property is outdated. The TVs in the rooms are small. The toilets are outdated. It just wasn’t what I expected. I also got stuck on the elevator for 20 mins.

The staff was very kind and accommodating however my room had no hot water in shower, there was a large disgusting stain on the carpet that looked like old blood, no bottled water available for coffee machine, there was an indoor pool and the water looked cloudy, the out door patio was depressing with non adjustable lounge chairs and the pool towels were tiny. The complimentary makeup removal wipes (2) had a powerful chemical smell, the pillows were huge and hard. If you just need a bed to spend the night and no perks its OK. I was transferred to another room and it took a good 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. The entire hitel needs a make over.

The people are very nice and helpful , however the hallways STINK !!! The bed was broke and there was a big stain on the wall , the shower water goes to extremely hot to cold every 10 sec , but for the price of 100 dollars I wasn’t expecting a 5 start hotel

Just be prepared to pay for parking. I wasn’t expecting that. Very nice hotel and staff, nonetheless. There are a few Crowne Plazas in the area, so just double check the address :)
