We did not have hot running water today. We had to fly home after 102° weather, smelly and stinky and sweaty. The toilet didn’t always flush. Sometimes it took 2 to 3 times just to get pee to go down. And we were on the first floor.It was noisy people running around and slamming doors and having fights in the hallway. Good value, friendly staff

Hotel was comfortable for a quick stay for a concert. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical, but hot and fresh. Coffee service was available after breakfast. We were in an accessible room, and it was the biggest non-suite room I've ever seen. Bed was firm, but not as comfortable as my home bed. Good value. No problem with key cards at any point.
