We had a very nice stay at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center. Staff was polite and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The location was extremely convenient to Grapevine Mills and Great Wolf Lodge. We will definitely stay here next time we travel to the area.

They had a water issue so the hot water was off for most the day. There was a mildew type smell in the hallway. Every morning housekeeping would knock and shout even when the privacy placard was displayed.

When we arrived the AC & water in the rooms weren't functioning. At the time of check in they didn't tell us and we found out after entering the room. When we went to inform them they said they knew about it and we're working on it, they should of been proactive and let us know. It took them a couple of hours to resolve and even after the AC wouldn't cool the room and they had to move us to a different room. The pillows had a bad body odor to them as if they hadn't washed the pillows cases in quite some time. Very poor accommodations.

Best in the area

Large, clean hotel with great amenities. Coffe shop in the morning. Clean well equipped fitness center. There were conferences going on but the hotel never seemed crowded or noisy.
