Have always enjoyed staying at this property. Have stayed here anytime we are in Grapevine. Disappointed that free coffee is not offered to hotel guest in the lobby every morning. All other hotels I stay at have coffee for guest in the lobby or breakfast area every day.

It’s a beautiful property and the staff is extremely friendly. I didn’t like that I booked a king room nearly a month ago if it wasn’t a month, and when I came to check in there were no king rooms available.

I will be staying here again. This hotel is an awesome place to stay. It’s clean, quiet, and the staff is awesome. The shuttle drivers are safe drivers and very courteous. Even though I arrived hours before check-in the staff was able to accommodate me with an available room. Thank you to Hilton DFW Lakes staff.
