Hotel was clean. Parking was good. Location was excellent for UT Southwest Medical Center. DART line runs right next to hotel and is kinda loud. Room A/C fan did a good job of masking sound. Would stay again.

Great stay, no coffee in room but available in the lobby. Had to request a hair dryer and it was low heat low speed. That wasnt the best. Otherwise stay was perfectly fine. Great breakfast, easy parking, great location. Pool was nice and clean. Would highly recommend.

Inconsiderate staff that made fun of me loudly enough so that I could hear him. I had to sleep in my car in a strange and dangerous city 1100 miles away from home because of a policy that was not outlined in any of the communications I received from you all. Subsequently I have had two customer service Representatives promise to call me back the same day and that was days ago. During and after have been an exceptionally disappointing experience. I would never recommend hotels.com to anyone at this point

Positives: Very friendly staff; clean property and suite was very spacious; clean pool; 10 minutes from downtown by ride share Not dealbreakers but … dependent upon ride share unless you have own car as there are little to no restaurants within walking distance along a very busy highway
