I regret to report that my vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot during my stay. Additionally, the proximity of a railway line resulted in significant noise disturbance. Consequently, my experience at this hotel did not align with the positive reviews I had previously encountered.

the room had a visible door gap between the frame and the door. This is room 719. You could hear everything from the outside when you were in the room. It was a busy weekend with various events going on in Dallas, including the Cowboys and eagles game. You can hear guest throughout the night. It would wake us up every so often.

Room was clean. Only issues were the smell of mildew & the air vent was dusty/moldy. The staff was awesome, decent breakfast options every morning & they kept up well with replenishing when things ran out. Homeless people occupied surrounding areas but thats not the hotel's fault

The room overall at base level looks decent. No bugs, fairly clean, etc. Its a *cheaper* hotel, and of you keep that in mind you are set. Read below for the details. The hotel: An IMPORTANT note is that you have to walk by several homeless camp areas and unlit areas if you choose to use public transport. (Market Center station). We admittedly didn’t have an issue, but we were attentive and played it safe. We are also two men. I would not recommend walking to the train station early morning or late at night. Especially alone. The hotel vending was pretty sparse, they have a snack shop on the main floor that honestly seems stocked with a specific person’s preferences at the hotel and thats about it. Very limited, and out of several key items. They don’t restock often, so good luck. The vending machines on every floor that we checked were out of order. The room: The room was fair upon first glance. No real big concerns. After staying there several nights the issues started to unfold. These issues honestly arent necessarily deal breakers, if you remind yourself it’s cheap, but they add up. The vent fan didnt work in our bathroom - this mainly meant that when we would take a shower, the room would contain much of the steam and…. Well the other unfortunate part is the air condition only works if you set it on 60 and let it run the entire time. Those two paired together, made it muggy and humid in the room a bit. I would say bring a fan if you want to have some relief.
