I’m not usually one to complain but I feel that I need to give a heads up to others coming to stay at Hyatt in Grapevine. We saw giant (and I do mean giant!) cockroaches 4 separate times during our 3 night stay: 1 in our room, 1 by the elevator, 1 close to the dining area, and 1 by the ice machines. 3 of those times were during the day. Also, we were originally put on the 6th floor (top floor) and our room was very hot. The air conditioner couldn’t cool it down and we were sweating so we were moved to the 3rd floor. It was better but still felt a little warm. It seemed the air conditioners struggled to cool. We had other smaller complaints but those I can overlook. During check out, the guy that helped us was very nice and did try to make things better by removing the cost for one of our nights. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this hotel.

Location is very convenient for the purpose of my visits. Rooms are spacious and I love having a living area seperate from the bedrooms. Second time here and both times the shower barely drained and took 15-20 minutes to fully drain once i was already out.
