The front desk man was super nice when we checked in. Only reason I’m giving a 1 is our room STUNK! It smelt like pee. It was something in the bathroom. The smell got worse once we took a shower. I had surgery the next morning so we had to get up at 5 to leave so we needed to just go to sleep or else we would’ve asked to change rooms.

Our room wasn’t cleaned until the last day we were there and only because I complained. Also even after they “cleaned” it , they didn’t leave towels and I had to call for some. The front desk staff was very nice but we were not happy with housekeeping.
